Welcome to Checkout Frenzy! These Checkout Frenzy Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Checkout Frenzy game, website, and related services. By downloading, installing, or playing Checkout Frenzy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Checkout Frenzy.

1. Checkout Frenzy Game License

• May be altered, removed, or discontinued at Checkout Frenzy's discretion
• Cannot be transferred between Checkout Frenzy accounts unless specifically permitted

Parents and guardians are responsible for all Checkout Frenzy purchases made by minors under their care.

5. Checkout Frenzy Intellectual Property

All aspects of Checkout Frenzy, including but not limited to the game, graphics, sound effects, music, gameplay mechanics, characters, store designs, and software code, are owned by Checkout Frenzy Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use Checkout Frenzy intellectual property without express written permission from Checkout Frenzy Games.

6. User-Generated Content in Checkout Frenzy

If Checkout Frenzy allows you to create, upload, or share content (such as custom store layouts, player profiles, or messages), you retain ownership of your original content, but grant Checkout Frenzy Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting Checkout Frenzy. You represent that your content does not infringe on anyone's rights and that you have all necessary permissions to share it.

9. Limitation of Liability for Checkout Frenzy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Checkout Frenzy Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Checkout Frenzy. In no event shall Checkout Frenzy Games' total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for Checkout Frenzy in the six months prior to the claim.
